If you have just moved into the neighbourhood - or are seeking out a new dentist - we want to hear from you! Dr. Jason Wong and his team of dental professionals at Green Lane Dental work to ensure that your visit is an educational, pleasant, and comfortable visit.
Dr. Jason Wong
Dr. Jason Wong was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta.
He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Calgary and then his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
After completion of dental school, Dr. Wong completed a general practice residency (GPR) with the London Health Sciences Dental Department. This program was focused on management of medically compromised patients, head and neck cancer patients, surgical and emergency dentistry.
He then practiced in Simcoe County prior to joining Green Lane Dental. Dr. Wong is happy to call Newmarket his home and provide care to the community of Newmarket and surrounding communities.
He looks forward to empowering patients to play an active role in their oral health and prioritizes a relationship built on trust and communication.
Dr. Susanna Kim
Dr. Susanna Kim is originally from Mississauga, Ontario.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Anatomy and Cell Biology from McGill University and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from University of Saskatchewan. Dr. Kim is an avid learner and stays up-to-date with the latest in Dentistry to provide comprehensive treatment for her patients.
After graduating from dental school, she worked at a private dental practice in Simcoe County prior to moving to Newmarket. Dr. Kim is happy to provide care to the community of East Gwillimbury and Newmarket.
Going to a dentist can be stressful. Dr. Kim believes in providing a relaxing environment where patients feel at ease. She likes to empower patients to make informed decisions about their oral health. She especially feels passionate about educating children to start good oral habits early on. She is happy to help her patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Kim can be found playing with her newborn son, Theo.
Dr. Kim is a member of the Royal Canadian College of Dental Surgeons, Ontario Dental Association, and Canadian Dental Association.
Alessandra
Alessandra is a full time dental hygienist. To her patients and coworkers, she's known as "Ali."
It is her passion to help people become proud of their smile. She takes great pride in offering the best dental care and ensures her patients are well educated to help them achieve better overall health! Patients appreciate her gentle and thorough care that allow them to be comfortable and relaxed throughout their appointment.
When Ali is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog Bella. She is also an avid move watcher and loves to travel!
Camilla
Camilla graduated from the Toronto College of Dental Hygiene.
She looks forward to meeting new people, learning and being able to share her knowledge with patients.
On her free time, she enjoys staying active, cooking and spending timme with her fur baby Otis.
Jennifer
Jennifer is from Newmarket and has been living here for about 15 years.
She has been our wonderful dental administrator for over 12 years.
Jennifer loves going for long walks with her dogs and is a big animal lover. She enjoys working with people and getting to know our patients.
Lina
Lina lives in Innisfil with her husband and children. She has been working as a Dental Assistant and treatment coordinator for over 12 years.
She keeps up to date by attending continuing education courses for general dentistry, oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry and finding ways to be better at what she loves the most, helping patients in the chair and making them comfortable during their dental treatment.
She looks forward to meeting all the patients in our office and assisting them with any questions they may have.
In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family, volunteering in the community and learning new sports.
